Practical tools. Real connection. Meaningful change.
Me as a Person
I believe people are far more capable than they think. Most of the time, the resources are already there, internally or externally, but stress, fear, or old patterns make them hard to see. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you access what you already have and use it more effectively.
I am naturally empathic, open, and non-judgmental. I see the best in people, even when they struggle to see it themselves. At the same time, I believe in responsibility and growth. Change requires effort, and I will gently hold you accountable in a way that feels supportive, not critical.
I value honesty, kindness, flexibility, and humor. Yes, we will talk about serious things. And yes, sometimes we might laugh, including at ourselves. A sense of humor can be a powerful tool when navigating life’s challenges.
In sessions, I am fully present. I listen carefully, I ask thoughtful questions, and I often offer simple but meaningful exercises or homework. Many clients discover that the solutions were not far away, they just needed a different perspective to notice them.
Me as a Therapist
I am a psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counselling, and Psychotherapy from one of Romania’s leading universities, a registered member of NIP and have over 10 years of experience working with adults in private practice in Cluj-Napoca and online.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I support people struggling with anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, health anxiety, and OCD), depression, relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, and major life transitions.
My approach is structured, practical, and solution-oriented, while remaining deeply compassionate. Together, we identify the patterns that keep you stuck, experiment with new strategies, and build skills that lead to lasting change, not just temporary relief.
I also bring experience from the corporate world, having worked as a Recruitment Consultant in an international environment in The Netherlands. This allows me to understand professional stress, burnout, relocation challenges, and identity shifts related to career and performance.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We try ideas. We adjust when needed. We find what works for you. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to move forward independently, using tools you can rely on long after therapy ends.
If you value both scientific grounding and a warm, human approach, I would be glad to support you in finding your own way forward.
