I don’t believe in magic pills or overnight fixes. Real change, the kind that lasts, is an act of engineering. My approach is eclectic, based on CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) principles. I meet you where you are, focusing on your strengths to build the resilience and healthy habits that you need.
Honesty is the foundation of our work: meaningful transformation usually takes a few months of consistent effort. Because this journey requires dedication, I am committed to making quality psychological counselling accessible and flexible.

Building the Bridge (Couples Session)

We take the time needed to ensure both voices are heard. We repair fractures and work together to create a more fulfilling connection.
Sessions available in English and Romanian.
Immediate starts without a GP referral, flexible scheduling, private payment with possibility to claim for reimbursement, depending on your Supplementary Insurance.
Your Path to Connection
Choose the setting that feels right for you. You can meet me online, from the comfort of your home, or join me for a walk and talk session in Vondelpark or Rembrandtpark, where movement and fresh air support the process in a natural, grounded way.
We can also meet for traditional in-person sessions in a calm and welcoming space.
